The Vincent Ward

As one of the few community-owned hospital in Aotearoa, Dunstan Hospital provides a vital lifeline in the rural health network. The Vincent Ward comprises 24 acute care beds, including a two-bed High Dependency Unit. Our trained Rural Hospital Doctors deliver a broad range of services, including general medical, palliative, paediatric care and rehabilitation, and utilise remote support from specialists in Dunedin if required.
